Frequently Asked questions

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

How do I sign up for family camp?

You may sign up through the registration form as a single camper or up to a group of 4 pax.

Do note that one form submission is for one room type allocation. For larger families, we encourage to sign up as multiple groups of two or a mix of groups of two and three.

When is the registration deadline?

The deadline for registration is 4 May 2025. We encourage you to register early in order for the camp committee to better plan the camp programme for everyone.

How much are the camp fees?

Each camper would pay a base camp fee of $290 for adults and $150 for children (ages 4 to 11), plus the room fee for the respective room type selected. Please refer to the registration form for the various room types and fees.

All prices indicated above are in SGD.

What do the camp fees include?

  • 4D3N stay at Kommune Living & Wellness, Kuala Lumpur

  • 8 buffet meals at Kommune Living & Wellness (Lunch on 16th June is not provided.)

  • CNL Family Camp T-shirt and Camper’s Pack

Are there subsidies available for camp?

Every CNL member is an important part of the body of Christ, and we want to ensure that it is possible for everyone to attend camp. For campers who require some financial support, you may select the subsidised base camp fee in the registration form. Alternatively, you may also indicate that you would like further support, and the camp committee will get in touch for more information.

If I arrange for my own meals/lodging, or if I only attend half of the camp, can I get a discount on my camp fee?

Camp fees are fixed and apply to all participants, regardless of the duration of their stay or whether they opt out of meals. We strongly encourage everyone to enjoy the fellowship during mealtimes and as we reside in close proximity throughout the course of the camp.

What form of payment is accepted?

Payment is accepted via PayNow only. After submitting the registration form, the group’s main point-of-contact will receive an email within 7 days with payment instructions and a unique invoice number. Please use this invoice number when making payment. A single transaction should be made for each registration form.

TRANSPORT

Is transport arranged for me? Will I have to pay an additional fee?

No, transport is not provided. Please make your own arrangements to get to Kommune Living & Wellness, Kuala Lumpur.

ROOMING & ACCOMODATION

Is there an option for a triple sharing room (3 adults)?

For a group of 3 pax, you may consider the Two Bedroom Studio. Due to the Hotel’s policy, we are unable to accept requests for additional persons beyond the room’s max capacity (i.e. Hotel does not allow 3 pax to stay in a 2 person room).

I do not have a roommate but wish to share a room. What should I do?

Please do approach your Life Group leaders or Kampung Leaders for assistance to arrange a pairing.

In the event that you are still unable to find a roommate,  you may register as a single camper and select a twin room in the registration form. Please indicate in the remarks section at the end of the form that you would like to be paired with another individual. The camp committee will do our best to arrange a pairing.

Can I extend my stay earlier or beyond the camp dates?

The camp committee will not be arranging extended stays at Kommune Living & Wellness  outside the official camp dates (13th – 16th June 2025). If you would like to extend your stay, you may book separately with Kommune Living & Wellness or other accommodations for the additional dates you wish to stay.

Can we request for connecting rooms if we are a larger family?

Unfortunately, Kommune Living & Wellness does not offer connecting rooms. You may want to consider the Two Bedroom Studio option, or make a request under the remarks section. The camp committee will do our best to arrange adjacent rooms for you subject to availability.

Are there baby cots or extra beds available?

The hotel does not provide extra beds. Baby cots are subject to availability and it is recommended that you put in a request early. You may include it under the Remarks section when you register for camp. Families with infants may wish to bring their own portable cot.
Are there wheelchair-accessible rooms available?

Yes, the Studio Queen Plus rooms are specifically designed to be wheelchair accessible. Please select this room option and make a comment under the Remarks section so that we can prioritise your room arrangement.

Is there parking available at Kommune Living & Wellness?

Yes, parking is available and complimentary for those staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it is chargeable at RM6 per entry (cashless).
